Contactless Arrival Details

Welcome to Banbury Hill Farm. We are excited that you have chosen to join us and we hope you all have a very relaxed and pleasant stay. Obviously, things are a little different but we hope that the measures we have introduced on site will help you to enjoy your stay. We are constantly reviewing the measures we have in place and they may be changed in line with guidance from the government without notice.

  • It is important that you check the details of your booking carefully before you travel to us.  A summary of this is added to this email and shows your room number.

  • Any outstanding payments on your original booking will need to be paid for before you travel to us. To settle any outstanding payments simply log in to your account online here.

  • Your room will be open for you from 2pm on the day of your arrival and we will notify you where you can collect your room key.

  4. The parking area is on your left just as you pass “The Piggery” sign posted 'B&B car park'.

  5. When you are ready proceed to the entrance of “The Piggery”. The doors are left open to aid airflow through the building and so you can see others in the corridor. Please give way to those leaving the building before you enter.

  6. Your room is indicated in your arrival email. The room numbers are clearly labelled on the door.

  7. Your room will be open, just go in and make yourself at home

  8. Please familiarise yourself with the emergency/fire procedures for your accommodation. Should you need any support in the event of an emergency please let us know when you arrive.

As you would expect we have increased the rigour and frequency of cleaning and sanitising and enhanced the regularity of disinfecting surfaces. We are planning to deep clean rooms prior to guest arrival including fogging where appropriate. Whilst we expect to have everything done in time for your arrival the cleaning times will take longer than usual. It would be very helpful if you could advise us of your expected arrival time so we can avoid any delays on arrival however, we ask that you are patient with us as we complete the preparation of your accommodation.

Unfortunately, if you are staying in our B&B accommodation, we will not be providing a daily service of your room. We have removed or reduced some of the usual items you may normally expect to find in your accommodation, such as soft furnishings, books, and other items.

If there is something you require please call the contact number provided in your accommodation by 6pm and we confirm the arrangements to deliver items to you.
