It boasts a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, and an under-counter fridge—everything you need for a comfortable home-away-from-home experience.

Sink into the plush cushions of the inviting living area. Here, you can unwind, read a book, or simply enjoy the tranquility. And for those who crave entertainment, our smart TV, complete with Netflix, awaits. Catch up on your favourite series or lose yourself in a captivating film.

First Floor

As you ascend to the first floor, be prepared to be captivated. Gaze out from the window and behold the sweeping views that stretch across the Evenlode Valley. Whether it’s the soft glow of sunrise or the fiery hues of sunset, each moment is an image of natural beauty.

A spacious bedroom awaits, complete with a king-size bed, side tables, and a chest of drawers. The generously sized bathroom features a shower over the bath, a toilet, and a sink.

Charlbury has a well-stocked Co-op food store with a car park selling all your essentials. A Londis shop and Charlbury deli. Larger supermarkets can be found in nearby Chipping Norton ( 7 miles ) Marks and Spencer food hall, Sainsbury's, Aldi, and a much larger Co-op. Witney (8.5 miles) where you will find Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, and Lidl.

• Group Bookings: We adhere to a policy of not accepting bookings for single-sex group celebrations, including Stag and Hen nights, or groups where the majority of guests are under 25 years old.

• Maximum Capacity: Please be aware that additional guests beyond the maximum capacity are not permitted.

• Pet-Friendly: For our furry friends, we allow a maximum of two dogs at the cottage. They’re part of the family too!

• All cottages can be booked on variable change over days (Anyday).

• All cottages are also available for short term lets for a minimum of 2 nights (Bank Holidays 3 nights).
