Kitchen: As you step into Knapp Cottage, the bright and airy kitchen greets you. Thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials for a delightful stay. From the fridge freezer to the gas hob with an electric oven, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and microwave, it ensures your culinary needs are met making this kitchen truly a home away from home.
Living Room: Adjacent to the kitchen, the comfortable living space awaits. A large window frame offers the room light and picturesque views of the countryside. Sink into the plush sofa and two chairs while enjoying your favourite shows on the smart TV (complete with Netflix). The open wood fire, with its beautiful, exposed Cotswold stone surround, adds warmth and character. Imagine cosy evenings by the fire, sipping hot cocoa watching The Holiday. And don’t miss the dining room table, perfectly positioned near the large window—a space for memorable family-style meals or lively board game nights.
First Floor
Bedroom 1: Ascending the stairs, you’ll discover the first bedroom, a bright and spacious retreat. A king-size bed promises restful nights, while a built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers provide ample storage. Two side tables with lamps sit either side of the bed, creating a cosy atmosphere. The large window offers captivating views across the Evenlode Valley. Not to mention, this room boasts its own ensuite bathroom for added convenience.
Bedroom 2: Equally delightful, flooded with natural light from a window that overlooks fields and forests. Two single beds accommodate guests comfortably, and a wardrobe keeps belongings organised and out the way. A desk with a stool provides a quiet corner for work or reflection, while side tables and a lamp complete the cosy setup. Like Bedroom 1, this room also features an ensuite bathroom.

Witney (8.5 miles) where you will find Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, and Lidl.

Pet-Friendly: For our furry friends, we allow a maximum of two dogs at the cottage. They’re part of the family too!
All cottages can be booked on variable change over days (Anyday).
All cottages are also available for short term lets for a minimum of 2 nights (Bank Holidays 3 nights).
