Bedroom 1: This room features a king-size bed, compact built-in wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and two bedside tables providing ample storage. The original feature beams crisscross the ceiling, harking back to the cottage’s days as The Corn Store. The room is bathed in natural light, creating an airy and inviting atmosphere.

Bedroom 2: Bedroom 2 features two single beds, making it ideal for both children and adults. The large picturesque window frames captivating views of the neighboring fields, woodlands and tennis court. Imagine waking up to such natural beauty! Like its counterpart, this room also boasts the original beam that once supported the ceiling when the cottage served as the Old Corn Store.

Bathroom: The family bathroom offers a bathtub with an overhead shower, a sink, and a toilet. It’s a tranquil space where you can unwind after a day of exploration.

Charlbury has a well-stocked Co-op food store with a car park selling all your essentials. A Londis shop and Charlbury deli. Larger supermarkets can be found in nearby Chipping Norton ( 7 miles ) Marks and Spencer food hall, Sainsbury's, Aldi, and a much larger Co-op. Witney (8.5 miles) where you will find Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, and Lidl.

• Group Bookings: We adhere to a policy of not accepting bookings for single-sex group celebrations, including Stag and Hen nights, or groups where the majority of guests are under 25 years old.

• Maximum Capacity: Please be aware that additional guests beyond the maximum capacity are not permitted.

• Pet-Friendly: For our furry friends, we allow a maximum of two dogs at the cottage. They’re part of the family too!

• All cottages can be booked on variable change over days (Anyday).

• All cottages are also available for short term lets for a minimum of 2 nights (Bank Holidays 3 nights).
