Inside, a warm open‑plan living and kitchen area welcomes you. The kitchen is compact yet cleverly designed, equipped with an electric hob, oven, microwave, kettle, and an under‑counter fridge‑freezer, giving you everything you need for a relaxed self‑catered stay. The living space invites you to sink into its plush cushions, unwind with a book, or simply enjoy the peace and quiet. When you’re ready to explore further, follow our permissive footpath for a leisurely 20‑minute stroll into the vibrant yet picturesque town of Charlbury. The route avoids all roads and leads you straight into the centre of town, where a well‑earned pint or a glass of fizz awaits at one of three excellent pubs: The Bull, The Bell, or the Rose & Crown.
If you’re dining out, The Bull offers bold, seasonal dishes with a strong focus on locally sourced produce, while The Bell leans into traditional charm with hearty, comforting classics and a farm‑to‑fork ethos.
